Is a gift to you above..
With it's wings of many colours
Made with love

You fly high..
Just like this beautiful butterfly
You fly past the stars..
And up to the moon
Oh why sweet angel..
Was you gone too soon?

You spread your wings..
Just like this beautiful butterfly
Go fly through the clouds
And up to the sky

With not a care..
You fly free
And if you can..
Fly home to me

to my grandad

you were so brave grandad mam said you were never the same when you came back from the 1st world war you were very nervous your lungs were weak with the gas ,you passed 1 year before i was born i would have loved to have known you i think you would have loved me as much as my nana did i was your first grandchild ,you were only 44 years old so young you fell asleep and angels came the lord looked down and called your name now heaven has a brightest star in our thoughts you are never far .the angels sang around your bed god came and gently wiped your head my precious man its time to go ,three little words forget me not they dont seem much but mean a lot forget you not i ever will ,somewhere beyond the sunset where shines eternal day when the clouds have rolled away you look down on your family ,68 years since the lord took you but you will never be forgotten love grandaughter janet xxx
